Miraloma Elementary School in partnership with Sports Basement invites YOU to…SHOP FOR A CAUSE!
What: It's a Shopping Party Fundraiser to benefit the Miraloma Elementary School. 20% of the proceeds gifted back to the school! The proceeds help us pay for our Coach, Counselors, Literacy Specialist, Art, Garden, Supplies etc.)
Who:Anyone and Everyone – coworkers, friends, family, neighbors, etc.
When: Friday, December 11th from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Volunteers Needed for School Tours!

Community Service: SF Food Bank School Food Drive
November 2-December 16 – please bring in non-perishable food items and place in barrels. Items needed include: rice and pasta, canned fruit and vegetables, tuna, canned meats, soups, stews and chili, peanut butter and cereal.

SFUSD: Classical Chinese Dance and Music Shows
Shen Yun Performing Arts presents classical Chinese dance and music in gloriously colorful and exhilarating shows. An art form several millennia old, Chinese dance is refreshingly dynamic and expressive. Ancient legends and heroic figures come to life through its leaps, spins, and delicate gestures.

MEEP: New Program “Take my Word for it”
This program has been successful in several schools in the East Bay. We have contracted the program to come to Miraloma and to work with our students. See program description and curriculum overview.
The classes will be on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 1:50-3:00 p.m.
(Please Note: Parents do not have to sign-up for both sessions. They can sign up for once a week.) We are offering this class for our 3-5th grade students.
The minimum students we need is 12 and maximum 15.
The cost is $22.00 per class for MEEP students and $25.00 for non-meep students. This class is open to all students at Miraloma.
Dates are from January-May
Registrations will begin in December
