If you want to solicit businesses to donate, please provide each business with a Donor Cover Letter (you can personalize this), Donor Form and Sponsor/Ad Form. If you email the donor, feel free to refer to our Sample email cover letter.

• Make sure to write your name in the "Miraloma Contact" line of the Donor Form.
• Make sure to tell prospective donors that our donation deadline is March 12th.
• Please refer to the following documents to help streamline solicitation efforts:
  Business Already Solicited by Auction Committee Mailing (if you have a contact at any of these businesses and they have not yet donated, please feel free to follow-up personally)
  
  Businesses that HAVE DONATED (as of Feb 22)
  
  Businesses that WILL NOT DONATE (as of Feb 22)

If you do not know who to solicit but are willing to help, please contact the Auction Committee at miralomaauction2010@gmail.com and they can assign you prospective donors to follow-up with.
