Form of Donor Cover Letter — Give this letter to businesses when you give them a Donor Form. It provides information about the school and Auction that businesses like to know. Please write/type in the specific business name to personalize.

Donor Form — For the donation of goods and services. Use this form for businesses donating goods and services, any tangible items and any "Miraloma's Own" events or services. Remember to turn in one copy for each intangible item donated and two copies for each tangible item donated.

Sponsor & Advertisement Form — For becoming a sponsor or placing an ad in the program. Please always give this form to businesses as well as they may want to be a sponsor or place an ad in place of, or in addition to, making a donation.

Form of Sponsor Cover Letter — for the specific solicitation of sponsors

Example Email Cover Letter for Soliciting Donations — You can refer to this when emailing Donor Forms to businesses. However, always remember to send the actual Donor Cover Letter and Donor Form to the business as well.
