About Miraloma Elementary School Miraloma Elementary School is committed to meeting the academic, social, physical and emotional needs of our students so that they will be successful, self-motivated learners and productive citizens. Students will acquire knowledge and skills through a rich and varied classroom curriculum. Their experiences in listening, speaking, reading and other important academic skills will enable them to work towards being informed, responsible, competent, successful, and thinking individuals within our society. The students will develop a sense of self-worth, understanding, and respect for individual differences, and a commitment to personal and social responsibility through their interaction with home, school, and community role models, such as family members, teachers, paraprofessionals, volunteers, and other students.
